Inglot Matte Lipstick 421 Review, Swatches, LOTD and FOTD
The lipstick comes in a sturdy, glossy black bullet case. The bullet comes in a black box, and shade number, ingredient list, price are mentioned on it.
It is a beautiful pink with berry undertones. Vibrant, yet pretty wearable; even during the day.
I feel the formula is a tad bit dry, somewhat similar to MAC’s retro matte range. You need to prep your lips really well. Your lips have to be freshly scrubbed, primed and prepped; otherwise this will tug and accentuate your dry, flaky lips.
It has an incredible color payoff. One swipe and you are done.
It stays on for almost 6 hours with snacks and drinks in between. With time or/and after full meal it wears off, but evenly. The stain remains though.
- Absolutely gorgeous color.
- Universally flattering shade.
- Brightens up face.
- Incredibly pigmented.
- Covers lip pigmentation.
- Great staying power.
- Leaves a pretty tint.
- Beautiful, sturdy packaging.
- Pricey.
- Can highlight dry patches and fines lines if lips are not well prepped.
I agree that the matte lipsticks from inglot are so drying but I love them! I have used a few shades and just recently bought the purple shade which I am yet to try! Nice review
