Aam Mourala / Small Fish in Green Mango Curry: Recipe with Step by Step Pictures
Presenting, Aam Mourala.
It is a delicious sweet-tangy dish which tastes heavenly in these scorching summer days. It is very simple, yet totally lip-smacking. A favorite of mine, this dish like a time machine, takes me to the days of my childhood in our quaint central Kolkata home and enlivens my memory of the old house and old people, reminds me of my ‘tham’.
She used to cook something very similar to this and it refreshed the tired soul of the 8 year old me like nothing else.
Fine, no more blabbering, let us cook now :)
